01THE STORY
From a functioning plan to your own direction
My path led from studying business administration and corporate marketing at o2/Telefónica into self-employment in 2015. That change began what has become Game Changer. I tell the fuller story on my personal website.
Structure meets a very personal question in that story. Campaigns, responsibility and a career can function well. At the same time, another question can arise: Am I living what I want to shape myself? That tension belongs to the background of my work today.
As an author, marketing strategist and founder of Game Changer GmbH, I now connect positioning, email marketing and sales with self-leadership. My daily email and Email Insider form part of this entrepreneurial journey.
This leads to a practical question for you: Which strategy suits the person who will carry it out every day? Here I connect my marketing knowledge with card readings. A useful direction should sound convincing and find an actual place in your life.

02MY CARD WORK
One birthday. A conversation that goes deeper.
Destiny Cards are a personal language for themes, relationships and cycles in my work. Alongside strategy and self-leadership, they provide another approach to reading a person and their questions.
Your birth date opens the beginning. Things become interesting when a card perspective touches an experience: an encounter, a professional decision, a recurring theme. You are doing more than reading a description. You begin asking what this perspective might bring into view in your life.
Your personal CODE first introduces Birth Card, Attitude Card and current Annual Focus. A fundamental theme. Your approach to situations. The question of your present period. Their connection interests me: Where do the layers complement one another, where does a tension appear, and which question becomes yours?
Perhaps you have repeated a sentence about yourself: That’s just how I am. A deeper reading can turn it into a more open conversation. What do you recognise? When was it different? Which decision do you want to make more consciously? Your story gives the symbolism depth; the next choice remains yours.

03INNER PRACTICE
Change the matrix from which you act.
In business shamanism, I work with inner patterns, identity and state. Shamanic journeys, conscious rituals and inner images are part of this personal approach.
I used to play tabletop role-playing games and later computer games. Character sheets, freely chosen actions, new paths: They became my metaphor for life. Destiny Cards can serve as a Character Sheet within it.
When I speak of matrix reprogramming, I mean conscious work with the personal framework in which you consider something possible, take on a role or respond to a situation. Perhaps you believe you must be perfect before becoming visible. Perhaps you confuse reliability with carrying every task yourself.
I connect inner images, conscious journeys and reflection on these patterns. It is my chosen practice. An image can open a question that ordinary thinking keeps answering the same way: Which role am I maintaining? What do I want to change? What does that mean in daily life afterwards?
Depth also lies in returning. An inner experience needs an understandable form: an expressed wish, a boundary, a new agreement. You need not adopt someone else’s story. Your words and next step give the experience its personal connection.

04MARKETING WITH CONNECTION
When your communication speaks your language again.
I connect identity, positioning and marketing. Clarity about your path, visible development and value for others should relate to one another. This is how I understand my approach to resonance marketing.
Imagine presenting an offer. You could keep looking for wording that persuades as many people as possible. You can also ask first: What am I actually offering? Who is it for? Which experience and attitude support it? Your own recognisable language can develop from those questions.
Selling then has a concrete connection. You explain, listen and clarify whether offer and need fit. Your energy here also describes how you are present: attentive, clear, with room for a real conversation.

Your beginning can be smaller: pause before the first conversation, write down one priority or consciously finish after an intense task. What matters is your own connection. A ritual can fit your life and make clear where you want to direct your attention.
